Pricing Postage & Handling

Prices are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST, postage and handling within Australia. Goods are sent by Australia Post registered mail, a signature is required on receipt. Postal insurance of $100.00 applies on each delivery. We take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are packed in padded post bags to minimise damage however we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during postage.

Payment Details

Payment is required on acceptance of this quotation by Bpay or by completing the credit card authorisation details below authorising payment for the quotation price.

Terms and Conditions

On receipt of payment we will endeavour to dispatch your goods within seven working days. We will forward a letter confirming your postage receipt number and instructions on how to fit the pet door. If you have elected our installation service you will contacted by the installer to arrange a suitable time to fit the door.

Refunds

We will gladly refund or exchange goods less postage and handling costs provided the goods are returned unblemished within ten days of delivery to you.

Warning

Because of the nature of the Come and Go Pet Doors they allow children unfitted access in and out your home and should not be installed in a home with an unfenced pool or where they would enable a child access to a hazardous place or object.

Your responsibilities

• To ensure compliance with the requirements of your Local Council when fitting the Come and Go Pet Door.
  

• If required to notify your home building/contents insurer.

Limitation of liability

Other than as contained in this document and any other promotional document from Come and Go Pet Doors we make no representations about the doors, their use or their suitability for your purpose. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, expenses or any other costs associated with the installation, use or removal of the goods including without being limited to personal injuries sustained by any persons to your property or to your pets.
