Glass Fitting Pet Doors

Must be fitted into A grade safety glass to comply with Australian standards AS1288-1994.The safety glass that Come & Go pet doors recommends that pet doors be installed in is Toughened Safety Glass (thickness of glass is determined by the size of area ratio). Toughened Safety Glass is 5 times stronger under normal impact and if breakage occurs it fractures into small, relatively harmless fragments, which fall to the floor level and minimize damage or injury to pet or persons and property. We also advise installation by certified Glaziers only.
